Join us for a rejuvenating day retreat at the Stanton Guildhouse, a grade II listed manor house nestled in the hills with stunning views stretching over the Vale of Evesham to the Brecon Beacons. Founded in the 1950s by Mary Osborn, the Stanton Guildhouse has a rich history and offers a peaceful setting for relaxation and artful reflection.

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Arrival, Introduction and a sip of Tibetan tea


As you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by Karine, Roisin and Trayci, whilst you savor the rich flavors and warm aromas of Tibetan tea - a moment to relax and center yourself. 

10.00 AM - 11.15 AM

Yin Yoga
Finding Your Inner Peace


Begin your day by gently unwinding with a session of Yin yoga. As you hold poses for an extended period, allow your body to release tension and your mind to find a state of deep tranquility. Experience the soothing stretch of your muscles and the calming flow of energy through your body. Suitable for complete beginners!

Mindful Nature Walk

Connecting with the Earth 


Embark on a mindful nature walk through the serene surroundings of Stanton Guildhouse. As you stroll through the countryside, pay attention to the sights, sounds, and smells around you. Connect with the natural world and find peace in the present moment. Gather natural objects along the way to use in your creative session later.

Nourishing Lunch

Fueling Your Body and Mind 


Indulge in a delicious and nourishing lunch to replenish your energy and continue your day with vitality. Savor the flavors of locally sourced ingredients as you nourish both your body and your soul.

Gelli Printing

Connecting with Yourself through Creativity


Engage in a mindful gelli printing session, a creative exploration that invites you to connect with yourself. As you work with the natural objects you gathered on your walk, focus on the present moment and allow your creativity to flow freely. Pay attention to the textures, colours, and patterns that emerge as you press the objects onto the gelli. Each print is a unique expression of your inner self, a reflection of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through this mindful process, discover a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

Immerse Yourself in Sound

Karine Gazarian, PhD

Karine is a founder of Artful Mindscape and a workshop facilitator. She links her experience as a neuroscientist with art and coaching to create powerful practice that promotes connection, sparks motivation for growth and empowers change.

Roisin Wood

Roisin is a qualified yoga instructor, teaching yoga for over 10 years. She holds a level 3 yoga qualification with 200 hours of Yin yoga incorporated into it. She is a member of  Yoga Alliance and is a certified Sound Therapist. Roisin also has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and was a Community Health Trainer in the past.

Trayci Tompkins

Trayci is a mixed media artist and creative mentor. Connecting to a sense of personal emotion and storytelling has always been central to her art making process. Her workshops are designed with play in mind, encouraging freedom of expression and a deeper connection to curiosity.
