Yin Yoga, Creative Mindfulness Practice & Sound Bath
Intentionally engaging with each of our senses can have a remarkable effect on our mental and physical well-being.
By consciously focusing on our sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste, and proprioception, we not only rediscover appreciation for our amazing bodies, but also bring about changes in our neurobiology. This can lead to cellular changes, recalibrated nervous systems, and rewiring of pathways in the brain, leading to less negative mental chatter and a greater sense of presence and joy.

Led by Roisin, release all deep rooted tension in your body with restorative Yin Yoga, a slow-paced style of yoga using principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. With these specially designed postures, rest and relax your organs, calm your body and mind, and nourish the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and nadis in Hatha yoga.
