Restore balance

 one sense at a time

Yin Yoga, Creative Mindfulness &

Sound Bath

Intentionally engaging with each of our senses can have a remarkable effect on our mental and physical well-being.

By consciously focusing on our sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste, and proprioception, we not only rediscover appreciation for our amazing bodies, but also bring about changes in our neurobiology. This can lead to cellular changes, recalibrated nervous systems, and rewiring of pathways in the brain, resulting in reduced negative mental chatter and a greater sense of presence and joy.

Yin Yoga & Meditation

90min

Led by Roisin, release all deep rooted tension in your body with restorative Yin Yoga, a slow-paced style of yoga using principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. With these specially designed postures, rest and relax your organs, calm your body and mind, and nourish the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and nadis in Hatha yoga.

A Moment to Savour

Slow down and enjoy this moment with the smell and taste of Tibetan tea from Alain Rouveure Galleries.

Mindful Creative Practices

90 min

Gently guided by Karine, connect with your experience as it arises in the moment through simple yet powerful practices. Tune into your breath and your senses with a creative process that fosters connection with yourself. Using materials like graphite, charcoal, oil pastels or ink, experience the joy and freedom of creative expression and learn to see, hear and feel in an entirely new way. No art experience is necessary.

Enjoy nourishing lunch prepared by the fantastic D'Ambrosi Deli in Stow.
