A really wonderful, relaxing, and inspiring day at the beautiful Stanton Guildhouse. I loved the yoga, the mindfulness walk, especially drawing sounds in charcoal. Very well organised. The art activities were very enjoyable, and it was great to be playful and creative. The lunch was delicious, and I loved the sound bath. Everything was perfect. The location is stunning, and all three facilitators excelled. It was a very spiritual day. I look forward to another retreat!
