I had an incredibly enriching and enlightening time working with Karine. Each session was so informative, expansive and eye opening. Karine is such a natural and genuine teacher, she has a very calming and soothing presence and never failed to truly see me. I feel I have gained an abundance of knowledge from the course and am sad it has come to an end! She translates complex neuroscience into accessible and tangible insights in order to understand the power of attention and creativity. She sheds light on the unseen undercurrents which govern are ways of being, seeing and perceiving the world around us. I can't recommend this course enough and there are many aspects I have started integrating into my day to day life as well as into my professional practice. I'm really looking forward to following up with Karine and excited about the prospect of working with her more in the future.
