Creative practices to foster presence and return to balance

Creative mindfulness involves engaging in creative activities while being fully present and mindful of the process, thoughts, and feelings, rather than solely focusing on the outcome.


These sessions are designed to draw us into the present moment. Particularly when we feel overwhelmed, stuck or anxious, these gentle classes offer a welcome respite and a chance to recover. By shifting and then holding our focus on what is right here and now, we practice creating space between ourselves and our thoughts and emotions, which in turn brings us back to balance.


When practiced regularly, mindfulness is a powerful tool towards greater mental resilience, creativity and simply more joy in our lives.


At Artful Mindscape, our creative mindfulness sessions vary, offering opportunities to draw both in the studio and outdoors, surrounded by the fresh air of the Cotswolds.
