Creative Mindfulness
Creative practices to foster presence and return to balance
These sessions are designed to draw us into the present moment. Particularly when we feel overwhelmed, stuck or anxious, these gentle classes offer a welcome respite and a chance to recover. By shifting and then holding our focus on what is right here and now, we practice creating space between ourselves and our thoughts, which in turn brings us back to balance.
When practiced regularly, mindfulness can be a powerful tool towards greater mental resilience, creativity and simply more joy in our lives.
No artistic experience is necessary.
