Neuroscience-Based Coaching for Creatives

Empowering Creatives to Inspire the World

“Kariné brings a wealth of intellect, insight, and inspiration to our coaching discussions. Her guidance and reflection has altered my self-perception and self-direction so significantly that, while the immediate benefits are remarkably clear, the future benefits are where I believe the seeds of this investment will blossom in full. I am filled with a deep and resounding gratitude to have found her”

creative director at BlumeShine Studio

As a neuroscientist and passionate advocate for creativity, I believe that true artistic expression requires a deep connection with oneself. In a world increasingly dominated by technology and distractions, it's essential to nurture this inner connection and empower creatives to inspire the world.

My mission is to help you harness the power of your mind to overcome creative blocks, discover your unique voice, and achieve your goals. Through neuroscience-based coaching, I'll guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you uncover the root causes of procrastination, fear, and self-doubt. By understanding how your brain works, we can develop strategies to rewire your thought patterns, cultivate a growth mindset, and help you use your full creative potential.

"I recently put on my first solo photography exhibition at a gallery near my home. I was keen to do it but was nevertheless very anxious and stressed about the amount of work involved, the pressure it would put on my already busy schedule and even if it was worthwhile from an artistical viability perspective. I can honestly say that without Karine’s guidance the exhibition wouldn’t have happened at all. It was hugely successful and I am eternally grateful to her for working with me on self-perception and helping me to evaluate the challenges in a composed and logical way. Perspective is all and Karine’s counselling helped me regain a sense of calmness and an unruffled approach to finding the route to achieving what I was aiming for."

"As a figurative artist I  have always found it interesting in finding out how the brain sees, how does one create illusions of space and movement and  what attracts the eye for the onlooker. I enjoy the science of painting as well as the intuitive creating.  My questions were answered when I met Kariné Gazarian.  A workshop was created by Kariné teaching how the brain sees and mindfulness of which I learnt a lot, it has enriched my work.

Kariné also does coaching which also really helped, in my case more on the general level, having done the above workshop, which answered my personal question about art. She gently coaxes answers to questions in order for us to help ourselves. I recommend Kariné in all her workshops and retreats, she is a gentle talented lady, with a rich history both in the neuroscience and creating in all genres."
