We will set on our mindful walk, starting at Cricket Field in Stow-on-the-Wold and winding through Lower and Upper Swell. Along the way, we’ll take moments to pause and fully immerse ourselves in the sounds, sights, and smells of the natural world around us. We’ll then slow down to deepen our experience with a drawing meditation, tuning into our senses and the present moment. It’s a wonderful way to ground ourselves and restore balance in our busy lives – a chance to reconnect with nature and truly pay attention. All you need is a pen or pencil and a sketchpad!
Meet me at the Cricket Field by the benches in Stow-on-the-Wold at 9:15 am. It’s free, but if you book, I’ll know who is coming, and you can leave your phone number or email address, which I can use to contact you in case of emergency (for example, if I’m delayed by a flat tire – life happens!).
