The price includes double occupancy in a double room for two nights, all meals, and participation in activities. There are four new shared bathrooms at the venue.
Horse riding on Sunday has an additional cost of £65/hour and should be booked in advance. Please send us a message here

In the unlikely eventthat the retreat has a low number of guests, we reserve the right to cancel the event up to two months in advance. Should this occur, we will let you know and refund fully by March 20, 2025
If you paid a 25% deposit, the remaining amount should be paid in full by the 10th of March, 2025
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 15th of February, 2025 will receive 100% refund minus £20 administration fee
Cancellations made before 10th of March, 2025 will receive 50% refund minus £20 administration fee
Cancellation made after 10th of March, 2025 will receive 25% refund minus £20 administration fee
Cancellations made after 1st of May, 2025 will only be refunded if another guest is able to take their place. Otherwise, the refund may not be issued.
